KMG Ministries was born out of a deep conviction: that no person is beyond redemption and that every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, heal, and build a better future.
Founded by Kevin M. Gladney in Houston, Texas, what began as a personal mission to serve people overcoming hardship has grown into a faith-based ministry dedicated to restoring hope, transforming lives, and helping individuals discover purpose through faith, mentorship, accountability, and community support.
Today, we carry that same fire—serving individuals impacted by incarceration, hardship, and life transitions with compassion, structure, and unwavering faith.

Kevin M. Gladney
Kevin M. Gladney is the Founder and Executive Director of KMG Ministries, a faith-based ministry dedicated to restoring hope, transforming lives, and helping individuals discover purpose through faith, mentorship, accountability, and community support.
Born in Lake Jackson and raised in Houston, Kevin has a deep passion for serving people who are overcoming hardship, rebuilding their lives, and searching for direction. His personal journey through adversity, growth, and spiritual transformation inspired him to create KMG Ministries as a place where individuals can find encouragement, structure, guidance, and a fresh start.
Kevin is passionate about prison reentry support, youth mentorship, spiritual development, and helping people transition into healthier and more stable lives. Through faith-centered mentorship and outreach, he seeks to empower individuals to walk in discipline, purpose, leadership, and self-worth.
In addition to ministry leadership, Kevin is committed to continuing his education and personal development while actively serving his community. He believes that no person is beyond redemption and that every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, heal, and build a better future.
